The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) today performed the groundbreaking for the construction of a modern library at Bingham University, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

The ceremony, which marked the commencement of the project, was attended by a delegation from NUPRC, led by Mr. Musiliu Odofin, Assistant Director, Contract and Procurement. Vice Chancellor, Prof. Haruna Kuje Ayuba and other principal officers of the institution received the NUPRC delegation.

In his remarks, Mr. Odofin reiterated NUPRC’s dedication to supporting initiatives that promote academic excellence.
