In compliance with section 216 {1} of the Petroleum Industry Act 2021 on consultation with Stakeholders prior to finalising any Regulations, the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (Commission) hereby invites inputs from the lessees, licensees, permit holders, Host Communities, and other Stakeholders in the Nigerian upstream petroleum sector, within Twenty-one {21} days from the date of this publication.
