In line with Section 216 (1) of the PIA 2021, which requires the Commission to consult with stakeholders prior to finalising regulations or amendments to regulations, all stakeholders are hereby invited to attend the consultation forum on the following draft regulations:

i. Amendment to the Upstream Decommissioning and Abandonment Regulations 2023
ii. National Data Repository (NDR) Regulations; and
iii. Amendment to the Production Curtailment and Domestic Crude Oil Supply Obligations Regulations 2023

2. The consultation forum is scheduled to take place as follows:
