DPR seals four illegal gas stations in Ogun

The Department of Petroleum Resources, Abeokuta Field Office has sealed four Liquefied Petroleum Gas skid stations for operating without valid licence.

The Controller, Ogun State DPR Operations, Muinat Bello- Zagi, disclosed this on Sunday while speaking with journalists after  a public sensitisation on maintenance of gas cylinder within the Ijebu Ode area of the  state.

Bello-Zagi  said, “The DPR has sealed four illegal skip gas operating outfits  in  Owode-Egba  in Ofada in the Obafemi-Owode Local Government Area of the state for being unsafe.”

She maintained that the department would continue to seal illegal skid gas stations that operate outside its laid down rules and regulations.
