NUPRC Participates in ICPC End-of-Year Engagement and Chairman’s One-Year Anniversary

The Commission Chief Executive of the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), Engr. Gbenga Komolafe, participated in the end-of-year engagement organized by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC). The event also commemorated the one-year anniversary of the Honourable Chairman, Dr. Musa Adamu Aliyu, in office.

The engagement provided an opportunity to showcase the ICPC’s achievements under Dr. Aliyu’s leadership over the past year, particularly in promoting anti-corruption initiatives, strengthening governance systems, and fostering collaboration among key stakeholders.

In his goodwill message, Engr. Gbenga Komolafe emphasized NUPRC’s unwavering commitment to supporting national efforts to combat corruption and ensure transparent, accountable resource management within Nigeria’s oil and gas sector.

This participation highlights the importance of collaboration between regulatory agencies and anti-corruption institutions in enhancing governance and ethical standards across the country.
