The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) has been recognized as the Best Federal Ministry, Department, and Agency (MDA) in Digital Transformation , while Engr Gbega Komolafe the CCE of the Commission bagged the distinguish trailblazer award at the 2024 Nigeria GOVTECH Conference and Awards.

The event, organized by the Bureau for Public Service Reform, celebrated innovation in public sector digitalization under the theme “Digital Innovations as Catalysts for the Renewed Hope Agenda.”

Engr. Gbenga Komolafe, the Commission Chief Executive of NUPRC, was represented at the event by Mrs. Olaide Shaw, Director of Exploration and Acreage Management, accompanied by Osagie Imansuen, Head of ICT at the Commission. Mrs Shaw received the prestigious award on behalf of the Commission, highlighting NUPRC’s commitment to leveraging digital solutions in the Oil and Gas sector.
