A delegation made up of HOSTCOM NATIONAL Executives led by it’s President, His Highness (Dr.) Benjamin Style Tamaranebi (JP) The Akpolokpolo 1 of Mein Kingdom – President HOSTCOM, paid a courtesy visit to the Commission Chief Executive, Engr. Gbenga Komolafe FNSE at his office recently.

The visit by HOSTCOM was to familiarize and Congratulate the pioneer CCE of NUPRC on his appointment.

The visit was also to Consult with the Commission on the importance of stakeholder engagement for the smooth implementation of the PIA 2021 as

it affects the Host Communities.

Responding, Engr. Komolafe, NUPRC CCE who also happens to be from a host community, reiterated the importance of stakeholder engagement in the smooth implementation of the provisions of the Petroleum Industry Act 2021.

He thanked the delegation comprising of the National Technical Chairman HOSTCOM – High Chief George Bucknor and other traditional leaders for the visit and informed them of future planned engagements between the Commission and host communities.

The National President presented the CCE with a paper containing details of the visit and a congratulatory card for his appointment as the pioneer Chief Executive of the NUPRC.
