The Director of Petroleum Resources DPR, Mr. Mordecai Dabteni Baba Ladan, accompanied the entire Top Management Committee (TMC) of the Department to the maiden edition of the Nigerian International Petroleum Summit which took place at the Abuja International Conference Center from the 19th – 22nd of February, 2018.
